Mango: dry fresh mango leaves in shade, grind very fine, and take 8g each morning with stale (overnight) water to clear sand and grit. Jamun: mix two spoons of jamun-seed powder with half a cup of curd and equal water into a lassi; drink three times daily for up to a month — the stone dissolves and passes. Jamun juice with rock salt also flushes bladder stones.
