Shatavari churna 5 g twice daily with warm milk (anupana); methi seeds 1 tsp soaked overnight each morning increases milk flow. Sesame seeds increase lactation. Dates with milk and ghee nourish mother and support supply.
A cup of warm cow milk at bedtime, boiled and taken slowly — never with salt or sour food in the same hour.

1 tsp warm cow ghee, taken on an empty stomach or stirred into warm milk at night, carries the other herbs deeper into the tissues.

1 tsp methi seeds soaked overnight, chewed in the morning and the water drunk after.
