Toothache — twinges with cold or sweet, throbbing, swelling.

Main remedy
Mix asafetida with a little water to form a paste and apply to the affected tooth — it acts fast and reduces pain. Clove oil on the tooth also numbs pain. Chewing raw onion or applying salt solution to the gums brings relief.
